1. Forge Sophanes's name on the list
Go to Agora of Athens and find the list.
2. Return to Alkibiades
3. Quest Completed
Rewards: Rare XP, Rare Drachmae, Agora Belt (Rare Waist)
After completing Citizenship Test you will get or will be able to get Witness Him.
