Cave Story with a Fourth Ending is a Cave Story mod by HaydenStudios.
The game was ported to the PSP by Andwhy, based on Cave Story PSP.
User guide
This is a complete mod that can be played just as the orignal Cave Story. However, there is an extra fourth ending that you can achieve which involves saving the lives of King, Toroko, and the Colons, as well as sending you and Curly home with the Sakamotos.
